Shipping policy
Carriers & Methods
We ship using major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL). Available options and prices are shown at checkout based on your address, cart weight, and speed selected.
Typical options:

Economy: 5–8 business days

Standard: 3–5 business days

Expedited: 2–3 business days

Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and don’t include weekends or holidays.
Order Processing

Processing time: Most orders ship within 10-14 business days.

Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS-eligible services.

Some expedited options are not available for these addresses.
Address Accuracy & Adjustments
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is processed with invalid or incomplete address info, we may:

Contact you to correct it, and/or
-
Adjust shipping charges to reflect the correct service selected, and/or
-
If the package is returned as undeliverable, reship at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping.
(Designated Free Shipping promos are excluded from adjustments unless the address is invalid or the carrier returns the parcel.)
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Carrier delays due to customs are outside our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Marked delivered but missing? First check with neighbors/building management and wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

Still missing after 48 hours (domestic) / 7 days (international)? Email us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged in transit? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.
